Steps of UPVC window & door fabrication

UPVC doors and windows are made from uPVC profile, window accessories and Glass.

To produce an UPVC window or door you have to do the following steps:

• Cut the profiles (UPVC Profile, reinforcement and Glazing bead)
• Put reinforcement profile inside the UPVC profiles
• Screw reinforcement profile into UPVC profiles
• End mill the mullions, or cut mullions and V shaped groove
• Routing, Drilling of holes and grooves for door handles, sash fastener channels and espag rod
• Weld UPVC profiles
• Clean the welded corners of UPVC windows
• Assemble windows or doors
