Steps of Aluminium window & door fabrication

To produce an Aluminium window or door you have to do the following steps:

• Cut the profiles (Aluminium Profile, Corner Connector and Glazing bead).
• End mill the mullions, or cut mullions.
• Punching, Drilling and Routing of holes and grooves for door handles, sash fastener channels and espag rod
• Corner Crimping Aluminium profiles
• Assemble windows or doors
